Big Switch 500 Lock-Out Hole with Lever Handle

The Big Switch 500 is a heavy-duty switch which boasts a 500 Amp continuous rating due to its unique internal silver tin oxide pads and silver-plated terminals. The rugged body is made from glass-filled nylon for impact resistance and extreme temperature resistance. The Big Switch 500 can withstand extreme vibration; making it ideal for both the racing and heavy-duty trucking markets. The diamond-shaped retrofit mounting plate is designed with mounting flexibility in mind. The Thru-Hole Lock-Out design adds lock-out capability without the need of an additional bracket, right inside in the main shaft of the switch and topped with our new lever-style handle. The FR1047’s lock-out design is in compliance with OSHA lock-out/tag-out regulation 1910.147.
