Return Policy

Returns

Product returns and exchanges must be called in for authorization prior to return and shipped freight prepaid with a copy of the invoice (Any shipment received without paperwork will be refused). Returns are subject to a 20% handling fee (minimum $15.00). Freight, labor costs, and polishing charges are non-refundable. Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Product that has been cut, scratched, painted, or installed cannot be returned. Electrical parts are not returnable. Returns must be made to the distributor where purchased.

An RMA number must be obtained from Flaming River Industries (800-648-8022) and be clearly marked on the box.

Restocking Charge

20% restocking charge on all returned orders (Minimum charge of $15).

Pricing

If you purchased your product(s) directly through Flaming River, we will not honor or match 3rd party discounts or promotional pricing. If you choose to return your products or items, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Custom Products

In certain cases, we are able to manufacture a custom product for a particular application. All custom orders require 100% advance payment. Custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
